I put in the Super Plamsa GT-X's which are 5000k, check the signiature for pics but in person the light output is very very clean white. Very little blue to it and no purple at all. I absoluteley love them and most posts that I've read say that these are the closest matches to hid's (obviously though this depends on what bulbs you have there).

The top bulb is my unknown headlight and it's whiteish/blueish, but the bottom is the superplasma gt-x, not clean white, nor blue at all. More purple than blue. I've heard they match HID's well but I don't have HIDs so I can't say, but they definately do not match "white" headlight bulbs. I'm interested in the Spark Blues as well, maybe they will match my headlights better...

are you 100% positive that those are gt-x's? they do not look like that at all when i had them, if you have the time, take them out and look at the the numbers on the metal part of the bulb and see if it is the same model number.

i def dont think that those are not gt-x's...check my signiature for my light output pics...you can clearly see the clean white output. either way i agree we should stay on topic. the thread starter already stated that hes owned the gt-x's and he wants something diff. end of story.

If you want a bluish white light, get either Nokya, Luminics True Blue, or MTEC Cosmos Blue, and they cost $40-50 less than Piaa.

sorry for gettin off topic but those def ARE gt-x...That's why I was kinda suprised when they didnt match at all. I got em off optauto.com, brand new, in the PIAA box and everything.

+1 im gonna have to go w/ 6000k HID's...of course no one is gonna be able to know for sure unless the owner is found but i would guess that. Here's 5000k H3's to judge the difference:

Of course these pictures are taken at night v. the other car in the daytime...good luck.
