300ZX Caliper - Will it fit on a 4th gen?
This is a pretty easy question, and I'm sure it's been answered countless times before: will 300ZX calipers fit on 4th gens without any modifications? I was browsing a junkyard the other day, and this totalled 300ZX caught my eye - well at least the calipers did. They were shiny and new, and I love the way they say "Nissan" on them. I'm not sure what year the 300ZX was, probably '94 or something. Thank you all for your time!
You'll probably need a relocation bracket and hardware from Matt Blehm (or anywhere you can find something similar), more info here:

300zx caliper will bolt into the maxima's original caliper location with noi modifications.
If you plan on bolting up the caliper in the original location then you will need to use 300z rotors as well. They need to be the correct rotors for the specific caliper.
The 300z rotors will also need to be milled down 10mm.
You will also need conversion lines. Lines that will fit the 300z calipers fitting and also fit into the maximas hardline.( http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=435357 )
If you use bigger rotors, you will need relocation brackets.
At the moment there are two setups, cobra rotors with hubcentric rings( http://forums.maxima.org/showthread....t=cobra+rotors ), or 2004 maxima rotors( http://www.mattblehm.com/brakes.htm ).
Also, your wheels must also be able to clear the calipers. Offset plus spoke design will determine this.
wheels will need to be a min. of 16 in for the 300z setup, and a min of 17 in for the larger rotor setup.
