Slow Window

My driver side window is starting to get slow while raising.

What is the first thing I should check? Grease? Dirt in the track? Or is that a waste of time and I should get a new window motor?

Thanks Guys

when it is just u in the car help the window up by pushing up on the glass. you dont want to do it when u got people in the car cuz that would just look ghetto.haha

lol... my right rear passenger side doesn't work at all... it just slides up and down. i stuffed paper wedges in between the window and track to keep it shut.

The idea is not having to use my hand to put up the window, I want to fix it.
