I'm not sure but I got the highbeams to work but they are really dim. Not only that when I turn on the high beams when the lights are off the low beams turn on also. But I can't seem to find out why the hight beams are so f'n dim. I really don't care for the highbeams I just don't want to deal with the NJInspection ppl tell'n me there is something wrong with it and fail'n my car. Knowing my luck that'll happen any way.. So if some one can pm me with some answers that'll be great.

Off the subject I can't remember but for the ppl in New Jersey. When you get your car inspected do they run a check on your license??? Random question....

The high beams and low beams always light up on 02+.

They're dimmer because they aren't charged with Xenon gas... but crappy Halogen gas..
