Got hit today and car making wierd noises now

Today when i was at school some chick in a brand new SLK350 hit me. She hit my left front fender to the bumper. The thing is she pushed my car into the curb. My alinement is messed up and as I pulled away I heard a sound that went CLICK CLICK? I dont know what that was but something is wrong with my tranny or suspension. Any ideas what that was?

Ruptured CV joint??

Any number of things could have been affected.

Put the car in the air and have a look....

It's the sound you brain should have made when you should have realized that your car needs to go to a shop.

Along with 'cha-ching' when the SLK chick('s daddy) forks over money to pay for it.

sometimes given the situation. like this one, i probaly will just go str8 to talking with the dad and get him to fork over everything. And take advantage of everything like get brand everything. but thats me being the type of person to take advantage of things. I would of went to the dad and asked if he will pay for literally everything and i wont report it. I.E Rental car. since he hit your fender. problay damaged that shock, i would go for coilovers , get 2 brand new OEM control arms. set of brand new CV joints, possible New bremo brakes. I mean i would make them fork up everything and anything i can think of. They can afford to let their daughter drive a new SLK so that means they can afford for you to take advantage of them. Just my thoughts. Oh but yea all the items listed above you should check out.

that's a pretty b!tch thing to do!! damn, i hope i never get in an accident with you! but seriously, they shouldn't have to pay for anything more than it takes to return the car to "pre-accident condition". However, if you do work out a deal that you won't report it if they dish out a little more, then that's understandable as the dad will know why he is paying extra.

If car has been hit and suspension is damaged the frame and body will never be the same, get it checked out, and even go to the Nissan dealer, best place for high prices on oem parts not aftermarket junk

Thats kinda what i'm saying in a nicer way. By not reporting the accident the father agrees to pay more then whats needed. In this case, your the victim overall, plus you car most likely will be gone from you for a week to get the body damaged repaired. You gotta gain something out of it aleast. We can say whole new suspention, control arms are a way to make up for not having the maxi for the week. And the incoinvences it caughts.

I was recently rear ended by an altima in the rain. I file the report, I was without my maxima for a week. They gave me a rental car. Gave me a non-OEM bumper. The accident damaged my muffler, because it hit my tip down 2 inches and now it sounds like a aftermarket one. I told them and they reviewed it and said the back of the muffler is rusted and they wont pay for the repairs. I was telling them yes maybe it was rusted but the impact from the accident problay knocked off a lot of the rust that wasn't due to fall off aleast for another year. And they just blew me off. So what did i get out of this accident? My OEM bumper replaced with a non-oem bumper and a messed up muffler. This is why i'm going a diffrent route if i can.
