H&R springs with Tein H-Techs.

Hey guys I was wondering if any of you guys would know or experienced the set up of H&Rs in the back and H-techs in the front? I'm want to replace my Eibachs and want to get a better set up with a better ride quality.
Any thoughts or experiences???

This is what i'm doing in the spring..I think it will give the perfect and even stance I'm looking for combined with ride comfort...I have H&R all around installed now and I have a set of used Tein H-Techs in my closet awaiting install in the spring...so I guess i'll let you know later...only thing I know close is Silvermax2k2 has H&R rear and Progress front I believe and his stance looks really nice.

Well I don't know if I'll wait that long to see how it's going to work out with your combo. Cause I'm thinking to get my H&Rs pretty soon, and install them in the rear first, and leave the Eibachs (which I have already all around) in the front just to see how it's going to be.
Well but I'm still very interested with that H-tech + H&R combo.

If any of you are doing this and have H&R fronts left over, please PM me - I am looking for H&R's - front only (will keep my maxspeeds in the rear).

if you dont mind me asking irish, arent the maxspeeds an alternative to h&r's? what gains or benefits are there in switching the maxspeed front to h&r fronts?

the maxspeeds are different in "feel" from the H&R's....they both ride similar, but I'm really just doing some experimenting for autocross/roadcourse racing purposes, since they have different spring rates.

Gains/benefits - not sure....after I do the H&R's in the fronts I may decided that I liked the Maxspeeds better....just feel like a change. - that, and the powdercoat has almost completely chipped off my maxspeeds up front....

I'm definitely doing this swap in the spring, but my current plan is to keep the H&R fronts for a while at my house to make sure I really can deal with the ride and height the H-Tech will give me then I'll decide whether to keep them or not...but if you're still in the market and i decide to sell them you'll be the first person I contact.

It'll be great to get an opinion from somebody who truly pushes their cornering etc to the limit...maybe there can finally be somewhat of a real decision as to which is better bc as of now it's definitely split 50/50 altho I think it's fair to say the powdercoating on H&R lasts longer (doesnt matter I know but still) and I feel like they do give a slightly smoother ride (yes i have ridden in a max on maxspeeds)...can't wait to hear your opinion whenever you make the change...let us know.

Yes, defenately this would be realy nice to hear how it's going to come out. Irish and Kruppa I'm looking forward to hearing and seeing the results from your combos. Well I want to get mine as well as soon as possible. I'll keep you guys posted, and I'll let you know Irish about the front H&Rs.

H-tech front drop.

Hey People with H-techs and 18" wheels, how high is your drop in the front? should be lower then 26.5" right?
