No it's the same as mine, and as far as it being to low I think it would be fine on a car with just springs and not with coilovers like my setup. I probably have another inch in the front compared to being lowered with just springs...

Omar, most likely its not painted, and i dont recomend having it painted and shipped. Alot of things can go wrong with shipment. Even if it is well protected, i.e. plastic wrapping, it can rub the paint and scratch it. The best thing is to ask if its primed for paint...which i believe it is.

My question to jsmith is how it connects? Does it use all the original connections from the stock bumper? Any probs installing it? Also with your cornering lights, are they still hooked up.. Where did you get your fogs, and how did you hook them up? Does REDLINEMAX offer the fogs with the bumper?

I am waiting until they have a whole kit availible before i buy. I do alot of research before i buy something. It is #1 so far in my book for body kits, alot better than the sorona kit. the only thing i wish, is that i wish these body kit parts were polyeurathane, which is a better product. I know it costs more for the molds, and the process, but i would buy it for sure if was polyE.. I want this kit, now, but again i have to wait to see what the Whole SHABANG will look like... I plan on getting the sorona 3M type side fenders, and i am going to shave my doors, and remove that side molding, or move it up, to match the lines.. I did a couple of photoshops that i will show you guys when i get them uploaded..

And if REDLINE will allow it, for me to send them some photoshop work of a new body kit concept i am working out for our MAX. Actually i have a few...

Also REDMAX, can you discuss with us, WHAT exactly are they coming out for our MAX's??? I would love to hear what they have in store. Something to look forward to. A Clue, Something.. Thanks..

Just as MaximaGhost pointed out only way I'll get this is when the full it available, otherwise I don't want to drive around something incomplete. Best front bumper I've seen thus far, but we have yet to see how the full 'product' will look like.

That bumper looks so hot! I understand that is probably what they were going for, or maybe did some last minute changes, but I like the bumper on the orange max. There are a few little cuts here and there that make it look different than the bumper that is in production.

Never the less, the bumper that IS in production is IMO, the hottest bumper for the 6th gen as of right now.

Hey guys I just talked with Corey and he will address some of your questions this evening when he gets on line. He has some good stuff to tell you guys!!
As for the fit of the bumper, it mounts/fits exactly to the stock bumper connections, it was super easy to put on. The only connections lost are in forward part of the fenderwells, the bumper is obviously lower so the undercarriage plastic piece kind of floats there, not an issue though. I left my cornering lights hooked up and ran them through the hole that's in the bottom of the undercarriage plastic piece. So they don't aim out to the sides anymore but they do light up the ground under and around the car when I turn them on. The fogs came seperate (Corey may sell them?)and they mount to the bumper it self and I ran the wiring pretty easily by myself (I'm no electrician either) I hooked them up to the parking lights so they come on and off with them and turn off with the auto lamp timer...

Any other questions will be answered by Corey later!!!

Maybe theres something I'm missing, but what is the difference between the bumper on the orange max and the one on jsmiths car?? It looks identical to me.

Definately not identical, the orange cars bumper looks MUCH more like the Altima Se-R front. Just a lot of small differences.

It's mostly how the new fogs are integrated into the design. On my bumper, the fog light "sockets" are much more pronounced than in the orginal drawing. Also the vents next to the lights came out a bit different...small difference like Glude said but they add up...

Oh, I see the difference now.

So is the jsmith bumper the final design?? Or are they going to change it still??

I hope the rear bumper will be a whole replacement and not a skirt piece. plus in the pic the rear part looks off from the front, it needs to come down more.. I know that this is a concept drawing, but for one thing i do wish the bumper would be ALOT more like the pic of the orange MAX.. Seriously better looking... It is more rounded, and SMOOTH, which matches the cars lines better. they need to make inprovements, and make it the REDLINEMAX II, BODYKIT.

HAve they named it yet? It could be named CYPHER, or something like it? Just a name i came up with.

the names of my photoshop work is: The MAXIMUS, The RENIGADE, and The ORION.

again i will have these posted as soon as i can, just some final fixes with them... I have decided that REDLINE will get the Concepts first.

Put me down for one when the full kit is done. I'll buy one if I still have the car when it's done.

We are in the process of finishing the kit. However we have a lot of projects on our plate which we are finishing at the same time for the 6th gen and other cars like our 6th gen grill, which has been slowed because of the limits of getting the mesh that we are working with. Hot Stuff. Our Carbon Fiber engine cover, Coming out this week. Version II of our Signature Bumper for the 6th gen, Refinishing our exclusive M bumper, Our 6th gen Y pipe hope to be out this week. Our 6th gen exhaust, coming soon. Our 350Z body kit, Coming soon, Should I continue? Yes to finish this kit is on our priority list of things to do however everything takes time if you want it done right. There are currently side skirts available for the car that we made, but I do not like them!!!! So you guys haven't seen them yet. They will be redone. Every Item that has the Redlinemax name on it needs to stand up to a certain Quality before and after we sell it if it doesn't it goes to the reject pile and we start over. Oh yeah and it all costs quite a bit of money to complete each project. SO Ante UP!!!!!! LOL!!!!!

Pictures just dont do it justice, but man i was drooling when i saw that vid.. BTW, a quick question... There was an open mouth grill on the 5th Gen, cant remember the name, but is this the grill you are talking about for our 6th Gen? Thanks for ALL the HARD WORK... I do believe that you are the only company that is hard at work with our cars... Later..
