Removed window tint = No rear defroster + more

Alright here's the story guys:
Bought my car last June and the car was originally from Florida with window tint that was unacceptable with MN laws. So the dealership removed the tint when they received the car and they half-a$$ed it.

Now my rear defroster is worthless and from what I've been reading the antenna in the rear window may have also been affected (BOSE system).

So I'm looking for advice on what to do here. I've been reading up on the possibility of repairing the defroster according to this site: http://www.ifsja.org/tech/body/defroster_repair.shtml
What other options do I have and what do you guys recommend?

NICE

Thats is a board I frequent for my Jeep.

I think that would be a good way to go about fixing it. Problem is, a razorblade is going to cut it LOTS of places, youll prolly have to paint entire new lines, which sounds like too much work and I doub't you could get it to look good..

Maybe try to take it back to the dealership and tell them how they messed it up?

i would take it back to the dealer and have them replace the glass. or at least cut you a check to fix it.

What kinda tint would have a Hole burned through it? was it from a reputable company? No lifetime warranty?
