New 6th Gen Engine Cover Mod. Think outside the bunn!!!

OK Orgers, I like color coordinated or carbon fiber engine covers, however I was waiting for some friends and came across a custom motorcycle shop and loved the work I saw. Made a great contact named Joe Kerner of Nightmare Grahpics and asked the question, what can you do with an engine cover? See his awesome work at: http://mysite.verizon.net/vzepbm8a/index.html pics tell the rest of the story.

Old Engine cover:

Then the vision:

Then the prep work:

6 Weeks later, First the matching fuse box cover:

Then the end result!!! More pic's lower in the thread...

Hotness...

What's the story with the paint though... do you think it will hold under the conditions in the bay, is it guaranteed to not fade, etc?

And "A LOT" doesn't work here... you need to start being specific... Where did you get it done (shop, some dude you know, yourself, whatever), how much was it and how long did it take?

Now I know what all the secrecy was about... you were like "one more mod under the hood" and all hush about it...

Excellent work though... looks really really nice.

The art work was designed to be able to hold up under the heat conditions, this was one of the areas we worked hard on for the prep and paints used.

Sorry your stuck with A LOT, I never discuss price on custom work, you want ball park, expect to pay upwards of 6 bills. That is the minimum I have seen for Joes work and the more flawless work he does, the higher demand. Prices are based more on design and graphic detail vice some paint mill. Bottom line, every price is different.

I gave Joe's info above, however here it is again, IN CASE YOU MISSED IT, Name: Joe Kerner, his web site is: www.JoeKerner.com all his contact info is listed with phone numbers. I am no middleman so please contact Joe directly if interested. This Orger rates him a 5***** Star in quality, customer service and creativity. It cost nothing to call and ask your questions…

Show stoppa', ya' hurd!!! You know I'm gonna have to bite some of those fly a$$ engine mods. Keep doin' yo' thang. New ideas in the game, PRICELESS! PEACE OUT.....

...that looks very, very nice but at the same time you really can't show it off unless you're parked somewhere. Either way that's a very nice mod, kudos.
