I'm buying one of these regaurdless- for the scope and MIL capabilities alone

but I'm curious if anyone has put their car on a dyno and verified if these are accurate or garbage??? Same with the "virtual drag strip" software, garbage or worthy??

You cant do any sort of tuning via OBD-II, thats just a Monitor/Logging software.... DO NOT BUY THAT if you think you can change anything, it will not make your car faster...

Your right. You can command a few egr components. But its pretty much for data logging. I'm getting ready to buy one for the scope capabilities alone, (maf and fuel trim/02) but I have been wondering about the so called "dyno" and "virtual drag slip". If anyone has logged this info and compared it to a time run or a "real" dyno???--I'm assumming the "virtual" drag slip runs off of laptop clock, and ecm's odometer so it would be fairly accurate, assuming the ecm shows in .01 seconds not .1????--I would assume someone here has used this with or without some accuracy?? I look forward to your reviews..
