Winds50= SCAMMER!!!!!!!!

I paid for interior pieces NOVEMBER 1st and 6th (I doubt any parts were actually sent!!) it is now DECEMBER 27th and all i've gotten is,

1)My Paypal account is screwed,

2)I'll use my friends Paypal account,

3)I sent a check in the mail, you should get it monday(that was a week and a half ago)


MATT PAYBACK MY FU**ING MONEY!!!

File a dispute through Paypal.

As a buyer, it is very easy to get your money back with PayPal. Basically they'll ask him to provide proof of shipping. A receipt won't do, only a tracking number can help him, which he won't have. So don't worry and file a dispute in you PayPal account.

Yes I did file a dispute threw paypal but he took the funds and left the account empty.

They said they'll notify me if anything changes.

It shouldn't matter if his funds are emtpy or not. It will just make his balance negative, and it would be his responsibility to recover from that.

Only if it's a verified account with a credit card or bank account tied to it...

I thought you had to have a bank account and a credit card account to even open a Paypal account..?

Be weary of Paypal, they state explicity in their user agreement that basically they are not responsible for any of your $$ in the case that you get scammed or pretty much anything for that matter.
