Will Valve-Body Recalibration help or hinder a 5spd?

Dudes...
Been reading up on this mod and it seems like it would be good but all the explanations I've seen on it, show the benefits it would give an automatic 5th Gen...but what about the benefits for a 5spd? Anybody have it or has anyone heard wheher or not this mod is worth it for a 5spd?
