I have the Stillen b-pipe and the Stillen Rear section of exhaust. Its a very nice setup. I was also told its the loudest setup. In addition, I have a cattman ypipe, so my exhaust is pretty loud.

But all in all, the stillen pieces are all stainless, so its nice to have them on there.

I have the exhaust configuration you asked about. Cattman Y-Pipe, Stillen B-Pipe and stock muffler. The setup is very quiet. I keep telling people, the ONLY thing you have to do to keep the Maxima quiet is keep the stock muffler. That's it. You can do anything you want upstream of the exhaust.

I have details of several exhaust configs on my web site, including the Courtesy B-Pipe...
