i have two 15" titanium eclipse subs that are DVC and i am going to be getting a new amp and was wondering if any of you had any suggestions. i am looking for a mono amp under 1g that will dish out a lot of power. was thinking of going with memphis audio.

 

damn i dont kno what amp you should get but as for your subs.... i have 2 eclipse auminium 10s and they pound sooo hard. those 15 are gonna blow your car up

anyone have any feed back on the alphasonic. i am seriously thinking of getting that one or the eclipse.

 

I think I would go with (in order) Zapco, Eclipse, Mtx, Alphasonic.

 

with two dvc subs i am going to need a 1 ohm stable amp correct.

 

i dunno how much power those subs can take but look into an orion 2500d amp

Ok, just wire them all in parallel and you will get a 1 ohm load. You will need a 1 ohm stable amp.

ok, so i went to look at the amp and got into a discussion with one of the guys there and he said the arc 1500 xxk would not be enough, he recommended the concept cd2410 and said he could get me a deal. what do you guys think.

 

The Orion 2500D will give you 2500 real watts with a good electrical system so don't pass it up

 

yeah get the 1500xxk. i have one and it sure as hell make my sub pound.

arc amps are a bit under rated as well. i think those eclipses will like seeing the power the arc will provide.

what exactly is wrong with concept audio. seems like a really good amp. maybe not as good as arc but a 1000 dollar amp for 750 sounds like a good deal to me. i did a little research and seems like a good amp.
