Service Engine Soon Light popped up today.

I was driving to school this morning, and it was very rainy. And my check engine light came on, so when I get out of class I ran to AutoZone and had them run their dyno. on it to see what codes came up, and it pulled up 2, P0325 and P1320. He said the 2nd one won't even pull up in their system, that it is a dealer only code or something along those lines. Can anyone tell me what they are and help me figure them out please? Thanks!

So they pulled your codes on their "dyno" eh ... ha ha ha ha ha ha.

Anyway

P1320 - Ignition Primary failrure
P0325 - Knock sensor

You have a 99 maxima - it's time to replace all 6 ignition coils - call Dave Burnette and scrounge up 350 bucks. It's easy to do, just not the cheapest...

Once you replace the coils, reset the ECU (See stickies) and

Don't worry about the 0325 yet... once you've fixed the coils, check for codes in a few days.. (even if the light is off), if you get 0325 - then it's time for a new knock sensor as well...

Oh ya, and stickies are your friends... (thats a subtle hint).

cheap coils?

Any suggestions on where to get cheap Nissan ignition coils for a 99 Maxima ? My local dealer says 98$ for a coil for cylinder 4.

Thanks!

You should just bite the bullet and replace all 6. They will all need to be replaced sooner rather than later. They ca be bought for 350 online.
