Auto-RX safe? (oil forum is dead)

i was thinking about purchase 2 bottles of Auto-RX. i heard alot of good things about this engine additive. however i don't know if i need this and if its safe to use. i have 99k on my 1998 max and have been running mobil1 syn since 53k miles.
