I don't feel very intelligent right now...

Alright, so I was going through my stock drawer looking for a write-up I printed off a while ago and found a ziploc bag with a stillen bumper sticker and the two bolts pictured below inside.

The only thing I have ever purchased from stillen is their RSB, which leads me to believe my RSB isn't installed correctly. However, I never could find a write-up for a stillen, and used a write-up from a progress RSB. The bar feels secure where it is installed, but I definitely want to make sure it's installed correctly.

Does anybody know what these bolts are for?

those are the spacers for where the e-brake cable connects to the trailng arm. all they do is space out the cable an inch and of course you must use the long bolts because the stocks ore too short heres a link http://vqpower.tripod.com/rsb.htm
