Valve Covers or Something Bigger?

about 2 months ago i changed my valve cover gaskets cause it was leaking on the corner over the alternator it got so bad that it started to leak almost once a week after i would detail the engine.

so i change the gaskets thinking"there probaly the stock gaskets its about time" no even 1 week after the gaskets are changed the leak is back. and whats worse it finally burned out my alternator. has anyone had this problem before? and do valve covers tend to warp over time or maybe my car is cursed with gremlins?

here are some pics. sorry if there huge.

Take some pics of the leak... that may help us ensure that it is indeed coming from the valve cover. I only say that because it could also be coming from the timing chain cover.

not a problem. but its definetly not comming from the TC cover. its more centralized near the oil dipstick.

Cool - get us some pics and we'll see if we can diagnose something different to what you already did.

imageshack.us - free hosting... It's very useful.. takes a few minutes to setup an account, but then it's great for things like this.

I'm realy apologize guys for this off topic but i'm anable to post new thread.
Can somebody post it for me please.
The problem is i'm just about to get 97gxe in very good shape the body is perfect but the milage 150k its auto i liked everything but one valve is clicking for a bit when i opened the oil cap it didnt make it louder so i'm thinking that was under the second valve cover witch is behind intake.(and i heard it only when car was just about normal rpm 650-700 when i slammed gas it's just goes off and it was about perfect)
The salesman said if i'm gonna change oil a couple of times and use premium gas for a while it will go off. And also he was gonna put some liquid in engine to reduce friction. I drove this car everything went just perfect transmission shifts smothly engine full of power but this realy insignificant clicks kind of bugging me. Actually i'm gonna take that car in tuesday('cause i'm already left some money for it to reserve)
So guys whats your decision did i make a mistake or if i'm gonna change the oil and stuff like that it'll realy help me.

You sure the clicking isnt just your injectors working ?? I know mine click click click. Are you sure the click isnt more of a metal on metal noise like slight piston slap ?

An oil change is always good to do but I would never use an oil additive to cover up a problem.
