99 PCV valve- hard to get out?
The pcv valve on the 99 is connected to a short rubber hose that connects to a metal pipe- the rubber hose looks almost so shiort that it would be hard to get the PCV valve out? what to do / bend the rubber hose?
And use new aftermarket pcv or get from dealer or just clean the old one (63000 miles??) I got an advance auto pcv for my other car and it fit poorly

I had a friend of mine do it for me, but it didnt look too hard. Just remove the hose carfully and use some pliers to take the old valve out, Replace it with a nissan OEM one. They are cheap enough like 5 or six bucks if mem serves me right.
Nothing hard about the PCV valve.
Just get some long-reach needle nose pliers and you'll be all set. Just undo the 10mm bolts holding the metal tube/bracket and it makes life a lot simpler.

I have done this several times and I have found it easiest to take off the whole set up from the valve back to where it plugs into the rear of the manifold. Once you have all the bots out you can just wedge a screwdriver in there and pop it out.
