greddy sp2 muffler on ebay, any good???

hey guys, i have to replace my oem muffler as it's rusted out. i live by the shore and had minor flood to back of car as car was parked on a inclined driveway. already replaced r. calipers/brakes and now it's muffler time. i'm having a hard time finding just a muffler as most reputable dealers only have the whole catback systems which i don't need. saw many on ebay and forgive my ignorance, but why are they so cheap? i'm guessing they will rust out quickly? i know they can't be too loud as my muffler is not there right now and the sound while sloppy, is'nt as loud as i'd have thought.guess the front one is doing it's job.

Anyway i found a greddy sp2 muffler on ebay for 100 and i'm feeling safer with that. it would have to be quiter than none....good assumtions? i just need the muffler and maybe a little growl. Does anyone know an average cost to have it welded in? as i see no hangers on it in the pic. And finally does anyone have any pics of the greddy sp2 muffler with a stillen rear valance to PM me or post? Thanks alot to anyone that may help.

Just to make sure you know...that's not a Greddy made muffler, but a look alike.

Here's a Greddy SP with AE kit to give you an idea:

There are two sound clips of it(but with a Stillen Ypipe and 2.5" catback) here:

Check out the 5th gen classifieds. There's always someone selling an exhaust setup in there.

thanks guys, i did'nt even realize it was'nt a real greddy. I looked through so many ads on ebay it slipped right by me. What about those ebay ones? this sp2 style one says it's stainless? Is it bull? do they rust real easy, not last? anyone had experiences with them or talked to anyone who has? i need to have my car inspected by the end of the month and just need something on there to pass. it has no rear muff on right now and i'm guessing this sp2 style would have to quite it down somewhat? as long as they doesn't make it louder and will last at least a couple of years or should i just get the stock put back on? i don't really have the time to watch classif. right now, nor do i don't really want all that sound from a catback .thanks for your help
