You could buff the hell out of it or clay bar it and see where that gets you. If you still cannot stand it just put it back on I guess.

I haven't tried the clay bar yet, but the scratches from the shield are much less noticable than the wind shield I really don't care for.

I paid ziebart $125 to take it out (yes, it bothered me that much at the beginning). Long story short, it looks a little bit better and I got a refund. I'm not sure what they tried, but if professional detailers can't get it out, I highly doubt you can either unless you want to repaint the entire roof of your car.

I detailed ..............

I detailed my friends G35 sedan white in color & removed pretty much all of the scratches that his sun roof visor had left. I clayed the area then used my PorterCable orbital polisher with a sonus orange cutting pad & 3M brand cutting polish followed by a medium cut polish then a fin cut polish. When I was done it was 100% better. Very faint marks were left but nothing you could see unless you were right up on it looking for scratches. Power tools & polishes are our friends.

Sure "GBAUER"

No problem for you I will even include a quart of oil . $125 for the exterior. $75 for leather interior sedans $100 for cloth interiors. This includes Wash using "Dawn" dish soap follwed by a "Mothers" clay bar of entire car including windows then 3M cutting polish, rinse, "Sonus" Medium cutting polish, rinse, "Sonus" Fine cutting polish, Wash useing "Meguiars" car wash. Then top it off with Wax of choice follwed by one last rinse. I have at least 10 different kinds of wax. Requires about 6 hours time..................................... P.S for anyone intrested. I will no longer do "White" cars unless it is for alot more money due to the polishes drying white while buffing it makes it very hard to tell when the polish is drying.
