I bought mine from Autozone. It was around 10 dollars. It's still holding strong after a year. Make sure you clean the surfaces first before you apply the tape.

We bought ours for our show tractor trailer at www.invinca-shield.com under the products link.

Have a friend who does the installation for a living, he also did my www.maxima.org for my back window. He will install the 3m Shield on the front of Macy for me.

3M molding tape, you can find it at Autozone or any auto parts store. It's waterproof and designed to hold on body moldings and the such. It's identical to what we used for dash kits, but a little thicker and comes in a 1/2" roll instead of the 24" rolls we use.

I posted thinking that y'all were referring to the plastic/elastic adhesion that covers the front of your car from rock chips and baked on bugs etc.... (used on high dollar cars...Porsches and such). Apparently that isn't what you are talking about....my apologies!

STAPLES sells both the white 3m stuff that you shouldnt use and the black stuff that is much thinner and is used for cars. i havent bought it from there, i have a 50 foot roll i bought from an autobody supply, but if you cant find it elsewhere, staples has it
