Got them in the other day opened them up and this is what I got:



This is ALL I received(aside from some buble wrap). Didn't even get any instructions. From looking at housecor's site, it seems I am missing something.

Also, Does this look "used" to you?



The two smaller rings both have glue on them and the one above looks like some of the chrome paint is attached after the original owner(s) took them off.

These were ordered directly from Umnitza and have heard mostly good things about their service. But, it worries me if they are selling either used or refurbished products without informing the customer.

If I am missing something could you let me know, so I know what to ask for when I write/call Umnitza.

 

Your missing the relay swith and the fuse holder basically the wiring that goes from the power source to the ballasts.
