1995 Speedometer issues

I remember reading somewhere that the Speedometer in the 1995's giving false speed readings is a common problem. Has anyone tackled this issue?

I went back and read some posts and it seems some people are having issues where the Speedo stops working. Mine doesnt do that it just seems like the speedo reading is about two notches off. When going any speed 30,40,50, etc... I have to go two notches above the actual speed to be going the speed limit 30, 40, 50, etc. Its hard trying to calculate the 65, 55, 45 marks. Has anyone had this issue?
