2000 GLE at 60,000 what can I expect?
I bought the car with 13000 miles on it summer 2002. Everything under the hood is stock, and I do my own maintenance. Had the Tranny TSB (Delayed shifting between 1st and 2nd) done at 24,000 miles and flushed at 40,000 miles. I use mobile 1 and change every 5000 miles using Nissan filter, and change air filter every other time. Tires (Goodyear) are still stock with good tread left. Brakes are original with no judder and pads are probably good for another year but I plan on changing tires and brakes this spring. I put a can of BG44k into the gas tank every 20,000 miles and use nothing but supreme. Milage is around 30 highway, I don't baby it or abuse it. Plugs, coils and MAF are still original. The car runs really strong so am not going to mess with plugs for 2 more years. So much for the history -- any thing I should be looking at during the next 60 thousand.
Thanks

Keep taking care of her, she'll last you a long time. I sold my 3rd gen to my bestfriend and it has about 196,000 miles and it's running like a monster. I saw some other guys in the 3rd gen threads with over 325k miles and still running.
At 60k I did...
1. Spark Plugs
2. Started Running Auto-RX
3. New In-Cabin filter
4. New Air Filter
5. Seafoam (right before oil change)
6. Changed the PCV
7. Coolant flush, ran detergent, then refilled (also removed and cleaned resivour)
8. Belt Lube
9. Chevron Techron (500mi. before oil change)
10. Changed MT fluid
...that's just what I did, but it seems like you are on the mark with your current plan. It always amazes me to read how people spend $x,xxx on mods yet fail to maintsin their ride.
Bottom line is, take care of your car, and it'll take care of you!
