What can it be? and what do i do now?

Well first off my coil pack blew, screw that

bigger problem everythime i put my car in D it acts liek its in neutreal ( barely goes up to 1.5 rpms then rpms go thru the roof and no movement) so shift it in 2 and get goin uo to 25 mph barely and then 2 becomes netral again with RPMS just rising and car slowing down.

What can it be? At this point this car has 97000 miles its a 1999, and if its a tranny I know hte estiamte will be around 2g+, so what do i do if thats it ( iwill get it checked out this weekend)

should i

- part the car and make mb around 2 gs
- will dealer maybe take this car of my hadns for some money ( cant really sneak it in - pretty dead)

what should I do?

Sounds like trans going. Buy a used one off of www.car-part.com usually pretty cheap there yea 2g from the dealership of course but buy a used one for under 1g

Um the coil pack could be causing hesitation, replace that first then come back to us.

I think its time for you to do a 5spd swap. Do what mxrider52 said. You will find an auto tranny or 5spd for much less than 2g. Your car only has 97k, IMO you should keep it and fix her up.

Sounds like the torque converter has had it.
