ok, so first was the stock se, we all know how much that sucks

second came HP blues/stock springs, a bit more together of a ride, and more controlled feel

next came the JIC a1 coilovers...handeling out of this world (for a 3250lb maxima of course), the ride is damn harsh. turns out lots of people having big problems with jic's...blown struts all over the place and ball joint issues, lots of noise...even the miata like handeling wasnt worth it.

now just put in illuminas with h techs...first 20 miles...ride is much more forgiving, still handels well better than stock but just doesnt have that crazy all together, planted feeling of JICs. cornering feels good and (as of yet) no more noise!!! thought about eibachs but just wanted a more comfortable ride, h techs seem to be ok, not great, but good.

 

Good call on the suspension, Illuminas ftw!
