sound clip of GAB

well, out of the blue, i decided to go and make a sound clip of my car with just the GAB on it....forgive me about the poor sound quality, but my digial camera doesn't have the best mic; it does sound a bit deeper in actuality....i was filming, and it wasn't easy shifting at the same time! lol....oh yeah and don't make fun of how slow my car is, because it's like 197% humidity over here in Louisiana and my car has been feeling like a slouch lately

GAB = free..... you just form a coat hanger to hold your air filter in place and it takes in a bit more air when you remove the restricting filter holder....very worth while mod, and you can change back and forth from GAB to stock in a matter of 15 seconds (most of which you are popping the hood....) It's been dyno proven to show up to 8 whp gains...

Wow...that was EXACTLY what I was just about to search for. I'm considering this, it sounds just like my Berk.

But I'm curious...what would happen if you did this and the GAB?

Apparently I was still drunk from Saturday night...what would happen if you left the Berk in and did the GAB is what I wanted to say? But I'd think you'd need to install the OEM stuff back, so nevermind.

I've never had it slip off, but i put a strip of electric tape on the top part of the filter to hold it on there just in case.....you also have to make sure the coat hanger is a tight fit...hope that helps!

Is it just me or is anyone else worried that the GAB might come loose while driving and start sucking in dirt? I would do the mod but I am soo worried that the filter might come loose.

If you secure the coat hanger well, it won't come off while driving.
