Basically im gettin ready to swap in a dek motor in my 97 . I need some type of grocery list, and what needs to be done during the swap. Ive looked through every post in the all motor forum on trying to find out what i need to get started. And what to do I cannot seem to find anything. I need to start the swap asap. So any information at all would help. I have a stage 2 vb and jwt ecu. Will the 00/01 engine harness plug into my 3.0 ecu and work properly or do i keep the 4th gen ecu harness. ( i need to get a new harness) which is why i asked some of the wires got pulled and ripped and they are temporarily fixed. SO any help asap i would appreciate thanks!

 

Some one that has done a successful de-k swap should really make a write up on how to do this. I see lots of random questions where some important questions get answered but no full on how to on this.
