4th Gen RSTB???

I was just wondering how different a 4th gen RSTB is from a 3rd gen and if it can easily be retrofitted. No disrespect to Matt, but a 44 dollar bar is cheaper than a 100 blehmco bar, and it IS just a brace.

Don't worry, Matt...I'll most likely end up buying one from you, anyway!

They are different because the rear suspension setup is totally different between the two cars.

I know that, I thought that the distance between rear strut towers would be similar, though.

3rd gen rear struts have 3 bolts. I think the 4th gens only have 2. So that's the first part of your problem.
The bar for the 4th gen actually goes across the trunk since the struts are accessed from back there, not behind the rear seat like ours.

completely different end bracket design and bar length. the only thing that is the same between them is the name.
