There isn't a simple cable to do that. You can buy an OBDII interface that will connect to your laptop with a serial cable. I bought one (an ELM323) off eBay for around $50.00. It came with the required serial cable. There are lots of free software downloads available for these devices. The vendors normally post links to all the popular software downloads.
