why? tell me why you want such a huge tire.
245/40/18 or 235/40/18
did you ever see how bug the tire is on a 6th gen? that size is 245/45/18 and it is already huge.

if ur gonna go 18's why get such a huge tire? i agree with vsamoylov. i have 235/40/18's and theyre perfect. ur not gonna get great cornering performance on those tires

did you ever see how bug the tire is on a 6th gen? that size is 245/45/18 and it is already huge.
245/45/18 is larger than 245/40/18. On a 4th gen, 245/45/18 is +5% and 245/40/18 is +1%. 235/40/18 will be standard diameter. The 3 diameters are 677.7mm, 653.2mm and 645.2mm respectively and the std dia is 647.5mm (205/65/15).

The 235/50/18 is actually 692mm and +7%.

Well, my 235/50/17's fit on the rear... i bet 18's will fit. in the front i have 225/50/17 and its so damn close to rubbing at full turn.

i bought the tires that came with the morano wheels it was a geat deal and i have 225/40/18 at home so i m not worried they do rub though

when i had 245/45/18 on 6th gen rims they rubbed. now i have 245/40/18 and no rubbing
