your SP2 rattles too?

my SP2 is always hittin something. it sounds like the rattlin/squeaky noise comes from the muffler section. it only happens when im on the highway or go over bumps. i've inspected everything and even taken it to a shop but we couldnt find out whats causin it. the funny part is that i kick the damn muffler and $hit is tight as heck, doesnt even move. yet when i go over a bump i hear rattlin/squeaky noise. on the highway it can be heard nonstop. im startin to believe its something else but i cant think of anything else.. does your muffler make rattlin noises too? oh what ive notice as well is that when i dump it into R and hold the brakes, it vibrates really bad and the rattles nonstop ! i might take a video of it !

obvious spots are over the rear beam, near any heat shields, or around the small metal brace at the 1st 90* bend.

I don't really get many rattles either. The only time I've ever really noticed any with the SP2 is if I hit a serious bump/pothole at a decent speed (40+). Even then, the rattle isn't anything too bad.

Mine was rattling today, I released the bolt a little, and pushed the b-pipe up more where it connects to the muffler section, and then tightened it. And boom, that solved the rattling problem. But i know what your talking about, that rattling is a killer =\.. Sounds horrible

I notice when driving in the rain, water gets into my exhaust and creates a lot of noise. It seems like the Y-Pipe or B-Pipe gets heavy (full of water) and bangs the underside of the body.

It might be the b pipe hitting the support bar-the one that supports the b pipe right after resonator

You should have a muffler shop fix that, water should not be getting into your exhaust....especially enough to "get heavy"
