Had a cd playing today and the volume randomly stopped. The bose unit still works and turns on, along with the Volume Level showing on the screen, just no sound? any ideas?

there is a fuse for BOSE....it runs the amps

 

If the fuse is ok, check the Amp relay. It is located behind the right side kick panel just forward of the door.

 

Check the "Audio" fuse. middle row, I think either the 4th or 5th from the top.

 

when the sound cuts in can u hear a click from the relay turnin on the speakers. cause u should hear a click from the glove box area when ever the speakers get powered on. if u are hearing this sound when its cuttin in and out its quite possible it could be a relay issue.

 

could also be one of your speaker wires are shorting out all speakers ( happened when I had my 5th gen accord)
