tranny swap prices

I am really wanting to convert my auto to a 5 speed and was wondering what some of you paid for parts and labor? I know it will be different but i just want a ball park figure

what kind of parts are you getting, used or new? That makes a big difference. Also how much can you get a trans for? plus labor right? So lets say you get someone to do it for you, spending is about 3000+. Then lets say you want to do it yourself, spending is 2000+. In total I spent around $1,300 in parts and labor(free)
