I've been out of town on business for the last couple of weeks. No Maxima driving. I was in Houston for those that have been watching the news. So, no driving anywhere really. Yesterday, I was on the road with my Maxima once again and this kid in a Stratus was approaching me on a two lane road from behind and weaving in and out of traffic, failing miserably to accomplish anything. He finally passed me...there were too many cars on the road for me to play any games with him. He happened to take a right turn just in front of me right where I was going. I intended to come around the corner and pass him quickly just to teach him a lesson about how fast his car really was (not much for street racing, but I'll punch it for a mini-spanking every once and a while), but a car in the outside lane prevented this and he *tried* to take off ahead of me. I sat directly behind him until the road was clear and changed lanes and punched it in 3rd. It was over before it ever started. Started at 20mph (had just come off a light) and I was a number of car lengths ahead of him in a few seconds regardless of that loud, tinny scream coming out of his car. Pretty funny. I braked before the speed got out of control...didn't even need to go over the limit much ...never shifted out of 3rd until I braked.

Needless to say, he didn't drive quite as aggressively for the rest of our trip down 148th. He didn't know he was driving such a slug. He did make the mistake of passing me again, but by then I was through reacquainting myself with my 4DSC.

Good kill... nice to let the idgits know their place. I appreciate the public service considering we're neighbors.

Yeah, white, current generation Stratus, illegal tint, and a goofy "pimpin'" kid driving it. If you happen to see him, remind him not to get too close to a Maxima. This all happened immediately on 148th heading towards "the" campus...so you might run into him sometime.
