97max internals/tranny ques.?

i have a 97SE 5speed, and im not to familar with this car, as compared to my turbo toyota.... if turbo charging

-i was wondering how much WHP can the stock engine internals handle?
-how much WHP can the 5speed handle?
-how much psi can i run safely on pump?
-how much on race gas? do you guys use 110 or C16?

there is a ton of information to read from get to it. The VQ can hold alot on stock internals i know that much.

its all on the driver. if the car is your daily driver and you dont beat on it you can have 350+whp and be safe. but if you beat on your car then big hp numbers is not for you because you will be spending lots of money on engine and tranny swaps.
