when i start it i jusmps to about 1800-1900 then bogs down to like 900, then back to about 1400-1500. this never happened before. it usually went to like 1800 and stayed till it slowly came down. what could it be?

 

Could be your throttle body.

 

Have you ever had MAF sensor problems?

 

tb was cleaned a few months back, MAF replaced about 5K ago

 

Idle-Air Control Valve is my next guess. But an ignition coil is known to cause a similar problem from what I've been told.

 

oh and also cleaned iacv few months back and changed all coils/plugs 2 yrs ago.

its not really bothering me but i know its gonna cause something to go bad, and i really gotta get to work every day.

 

check for vacuum line leaks... that was my problem!
