If I want Low Profile Tires on my regular stock Rims, What should I get, I have 16 inch rims and tires size are P215/55HR16

Speedo!!

If you change the sidewall 40,45, 50 etc without changing the size of the wheel then you will have a speedo problem.

If you want lower profile tires, go with 17" rims. But, with 16's you could possibly go with 225-50-16's
