Quick question about 4th gen SE rims on a 3rd gen

Hey, I have a set of 4th gen se rims I'm trying to sell/get rid of and someone was interested but they have a 3rd gen (92) and I was wondering if they would fit. I dont want to sell them to him if they are not going to fit his car. Can someone help me out real fast?

you mean these:

Not my car but yeah they will fit. The offset on some gens are different but most of the time they will interchange if you use the right tire.

Yeah but i asked whats the offset is
cause obviously skyline rims would have a diferent offset, however i was wondering if it was a huge change, or a minor doable change
as with s14/s15's are all 5*114.3

check the offset on the skyline rims. Which ones are you referring to?

LordRandall has some R32 wheels on his 3rd gen and I don't think he needed spacers. You can run stock s14 rims just fine, too. I am not sure on the offset on these, but I would guess it's around +32 to +38

for 7 inch wide rims, 3rd gens need an offset usually somewhere between +32 and +42. Anything closer (like +45 or +42 17x8) will need spacers or they will rub the rear struts.
