I already posted it in the General Forum, but nobody ever goes in there or the dyno section.....so here it is again.

Good numbers. Drop your VI switchover 200-300rpm if you can.

Yeah, I was thinking about doing that. Last dyno, 5000 seemed to be the perfect place for it to open, but maybe there's a bit of delay or something. You don't think it will bog a little if it opens at 4800? I guess I should have figured that out on the dyno...

Those are some nice numbers, I think 96sleeper said he got about 6whp from his cutout or something like that

You're obviously getting a sudden jump in HP with it opening up where it is, that means it's not opening at the proper time, it's opening later than optimal. I wouldn't have said to open it earlier if I thought it would lag any.

I think what's making this slightly confusing is the lack of accuracy of getting a good RPM signal through the method they use. You can see that on the newer dyno it shows the VIAS opening 200 rpm later, even though it was set at 5000 for both. Either way, it does show a need to have it open 200-400 rpm earlier.

Nice numbers but you really should use the SAE numbers, not uncorrected...
