my car sat in the rain last night and into the morning. started up, and i usually get this notchy steering outta my parking lot; like something isn't lubed right or my power steering just wants to cut out intermittently. This only happens when the car is cold-started and has sat in the rain. 105k, new raxles in at 99k. all suspension components to my knowledge are stock. isn't a big deal to me, but wondering if someone knows the cause

 

Check the belt tension on the power steering pump.
