Front driver window won't work anymore....

The motor works when I flip the switch but the window slides down to the bottom and won't come up, also a little round metal looking piece came out of the door. Is there a guide on here on how to repair the window? This is the 3rd window that gave away on me, I already spent $110 on 2 brand new window regulators and motor for the back windows, I would like to avoid spending extra if I can.

Also, the power antenna isn't working, I checked the trunk and removed the plastic and I seen a little black wire that's not connected but I don't know where it goes too and I don't see a connector that fits it, is there any guides to this as well.

The car has 141,000 miles on it and runs damn good, it's just the little things I don't like like the window problems and so forth.

It sounds like the main switch on the arm rest. My first 92 Maxima did the same thing, replaced the switch fixed the problem.

Black wire usually means ground...? As for the window go on ebay they sell the regulators fairly cheap.

try to help it up a lil. Take off the door panel and push the window up while you press up. It could be both the switch and the regulator. The teeth might of gone bad in some sectors. But def check the ground wire.
