Port n Polishing 3.5 Heads

Alright, Im working on my 3.5 swap (gee how many people on the org say that nowadays, lol). As of right now I have a set of Z33 heads and cams in my garage . They're in great shape just the normal amounts of carbon in the valve faces and chambers. I figured I might as well do a P&P while I have them out before I bolt them up to a 3.5 block

My question is, has anybody here done a P&P on 3.5 heads? What kind of power increase would be expected?

I know it sounds like a n00bish ? but I've never seen anyone on the org give actual results of a P&P. A few of 3rd geners do it on their VGs and VEs, but its usually as part of an engine rebuild including other performance mods, thus I cant really use those before/after #s as a point of reference. Maybe it is out there and I just missed it.

Thanks for the help

Ahh ha I PM'd you earlier about it.
No one has any official results form P&P heads. Only that for an NA motor it would be minimal to nothing really. If your building an all out race motor valves, cams, pistons, rods, etc. FI, SC or Nitrous. Then gains would be more noticeable. IMO personally I would build the motor fully, if not it's a waist of time and money.

Dang just saw the PM, woops, lol. I know myself and the only internal work I'm going to do to that motor is cams, upgraded valvetrain, and ARP rod bolts. I wont change pistons and I'll be keeping it N/A as well. Thanks for the input

anybody else support or discredit this claim? Chime in lets sit and talk about this

The 3.5 swap is satisfying enough but after a couple of races when you get beat by a turbo civic or something like that your gonna want more power. I'm not speaking from experience either.
