If you won the lottery, what would you do with your car?

1. Sell it, and buy the car (or cars) of your dreams (including a gas-saving electric, hybrid, or biodiesel).

2. Customize it to make it the coolest looking and fastest running Nissan ride around?

3. Do both #1 and #2, except keep your pimped out ride in addition to the car of your dreams.

4. Sell it but buy a new model Nissan (or other brand) that meets your needs (which may be the car of your dreams). Basically, you would buy a new car but you would not be blowing a lot of your bread on anything exotic.

5. Do none of the above, but do some modest customizing to your present ride and stash money away to take care of future repair costs and add-ons (with the possibility of buying a new car in the future if you find that you cannot live without it).

Your answer will tell us a lot about just how much you love your present car.

Fix all of the problems that has been nagging me for years...(re-paint, engine, full detail from bumper to bumper...)
Then buy a BMW.

 

a combination of 1 and 2.

I would replace just about every worn out old 10 year old parts with fresh new ones. Wheels, nice kit, BBK, RS6 projectors, CE Crystal headlights, car repainted "super-effin black" Flip out all in one touch screen alpine unit with ipod connected. 3.5 swap with a brand new Zero mile tranny, and spec clutch, EU, and a couple hours on the rollers to get everything just right.

Then I'd get a Z with the TT kit run about 5.5lbs of boost, and pretty her up.


Hopefully one day. . .

 

I'd fix the bodywork and interior, rip out the Ksports and replace them with custom coilovers, add a TON of chassis bracing, snag some super lightweight forged mag wheels, install a Quaife (now that production is over they will do one-offs for ~$3k), slap on 2-piece rotors with lightweight 2-piston calipers, and call it a day. Good dampers + chassis stiffening + reduced unsprung mass = tight and smooth-riding.

Then I'd import an R32 Skyline GT-R V-Spec and get the real work started...

full modded 5spd 4th gen...will be my daily driver in the summer...get a fox body mustang with a 347 stroker motor for when i want to have an exesive amount of fun and I would buy back my dad's leased grand cherokee for the winter(4 liter). Then i would invest in my dad's business, get my own place with a 5 car garage and on the fifth bay, there will be a lift so i can work on my own car when ever I want.

 

I once got flamed for that idea LOL...when $$$ is really not issue why not!!!

 

Keep it as my DD....do a few more simple mods like 3.5 swap...pimp Recaro Seats and new exhaust.....Then buy a really PIMP M3 and 4 Door Skyline

 

i'd go vq35+6spd, bbk, h&r/illumina, 18" RH c5, ferrari 430 with DLYDRVR as my plates, new jetblack paintjob. not much, it's nice to dream

 

I wouldnt waste my time with an M3. If I won the lottery, I'd get a Ferrari 360 Modena or a Porsche Carrera GT. Real Supercars.



Or my dream car: McLaren F1. You sit in the MIDDLE. How cool is that?

 

Well, no matter how much money you have, you'd still be stuck with either:

No rear suspension travel, no ground clearance, a massive unsprung-to-sprung mass ratio in the rear, and horrible management of structural stresses -- i.e. very, very bad performance

or

Bad rear seat room and bad trunk space -- i.e. it's not a Maxima any more.


Either way, it's still a waste of time IMO.

If you want a roomy family sedan that still has tons of guts, do what this guy did.

 

assuming i didnt move i woulnt have anywhere to use them....they woudl get stuck on gay buffalo roads with gay potholes.......besides the M3 would be track car only

 

#3. Keep maxima as a beater to go around everyday, While getting something nice to play around in. + bike. Also I would get a truck for winter use.

 

Sell it and buy a Dodge Viper. Then buy a house near Nags Head, NC and chill for the rest of my life.

 

Ahhh just like another poster said make my 4th a RWD with a 7 speed short throw manuel and a 5.0 V8 modified Titan engine in the Bay. A lot of German cars will get smoked with that combination

 

Well lets see here, I'd still keep the Max & my VETT, do a couple of mods to the MAX & go buy a '06 Z06 VETT!!!


But just keep DREAMING!

 

I wouldn't worry about gas, if I won the lottery, I would love to put a turbo in the Max.

I would dump my aging Maxima and buy a Mazdaspeed 6 and another (better, cleaner) RX-7. Then spend the rest on a 150-acre farm.

Nothing..........I'd keep it as a daily driver and get me a Porsche GT2. Then I'd move out of this ghetto that I live in and move some place like Malibu or something.

 

I'd quit posting ghey azz threads about winning the lottery.















And then I would lower her a bit, add ypipe and exhaust with mevi, new 17" or maybe 18" wheels, cefiros and paint a diff color. Possible skirting but not sure. I'd keep her till she died tho, she'd just be another one in the stable.

*** that, id do a VQ35 swap and 5 sp swap, turbo it, stillen kit w/sarona sides (like cesars chariot), 19" axis sevenmods (glenmoormax), FULL black interior swap, more ICE than i have now. id keep the nice white pait i LOVE, maybe repaiant it just to get rid of teh chips, and scratches.
with the left over money id get an 06 Titan and lift it 6 inches. then buy a bullett bike for fuel economy. then save the rest lol. those are the plans of my life.

Even though I'm a 3rd Gener I felt the need to chime in... First of all I would be on my way to Texas to get a 1200hp C6 Z06 from Modern Day Musle Cars with 2 50 Shots of Nitrous.....A Brand New R6 would be nice... I would fix my Maxima and use it as a 100,000 Dollar DD Show Car, and a how bout a new house In Walla Walla , Washington wouldn't be 2 bad either it is gorgeous there>? ~Charlie~

There is just no point in selling the Max, you wont get much for it. Depending on how much I won I would buy myself a true sports car, obviously a RWD coupe and keep this thing for a daily driver. If I didnt win too much I would get an S2000 if I won some serious cash I would probably go for a Porsche. And ofcourse a sticker for my Maxima that says "My other car got me your chick".

 

I would keep my car because I love it. I would put as many performance mods on it as possible to the point of keeping it as a streetable NA car, repaint it, put on a body kit, get new rims, projector retrofit, LED tails, etc.

Then I would buy a Chrysler 300 SRT8, 350Z, and the older style Bentley - the one that Limp Bizkit had in one his videos. I don't remember which on it was.
