It's all over. I just got out from GaTech and I'm selling my car before moving to DC to start my job (won't have a car). My '93 GXE has just 104k on it but too much wrong with it for me to want to sell it to a private party (needs new fuel injectors, two window regulators for sure, probably more). I just want to sell it to a junkyard as a parts car to get rid of it. Anyone have any suggestions / hints ? I'm still in the atlanta area.

If you have anything for sale,post it in the classifieds. If you want to have someone pick it up, just look in the yellow pages. Most bone yards or salvage places will pick up for free or even give you a few $. Be ready with your title to sign over

 

You can donate the car and write off the value on your next years taxes. Here in Virginia they have the Kidney Foundation that will tow the car. Look for the Kindey Foundation there or some please else. The donated cars usually end up at the junk yard anyway and the junk yards pay for the cars to part them out so try donating it.

104 is very good i think, unless the problems are realllly bad

 

i'm in jonesboro, about 15 min from gatech, in fact i practice soccer over there tuesdays and fridays, let me know if you have a good bose stereo or seats, mine are too dirty to clean, also foglights, i need those too, i
f you re willing to give the car up i'll take it, if not let me know about those things.
