When i turn on my air or a/c i get this wierd rattling noise from the passenger side vent. I cant locate the spot of the noise. Does anyone know how to fix this easily. Thanks for the help.

Try taking the blower fan assembly out near the passangers feet and cleaning the housing. It often collects leaves and debris in there and might be audible through the passenger side air vent.

 

Thanks i will try that. Is it easy to get to? Easy to take out?

Not bad to remove. Three or four screws hold the assembly in place. Then the electrical connector needs to be unhooked. Once unfastened you'll find that the assembly won't quite clear the bottom of the dash. Remove one bolt from the bottom right corner of the dash and pull the corner of the dash down just far enough to let the fan assembly slip out. No big deal..
