I was looking at my rear taillights and noticed that they have lights on the side that never go on.. they are small and i saw some guy tonight that had them on ...how do i get them to go on?

 

If you are referring to the 194 bulbs on the sides of the tailights then they should come on with the parking lights. If not, then they may be burnt out. If the fuse was bad the other parking lights wouldn't come on. Check the bulbs.

 

I think they look better turned off...
