Wow, 29+ mpg in the heat!!!!
I did 385 miles on 13 gallons of gas which equals about 29.6mpg. I find that amazing. My car has the mods listed below and almost 70K miles. The drive was thru the rolling plains of Kansas (which means nice stready long hills) and in the upper 80s, pretty decent humidity, and 100% sunshine. The AC was going all day and I was averaging about 78mph. In the car was my wife and luggage.
I'm very impressed. I usually get 22mpg in the city.

Nice Job Dave....I'm amazed sometimes at how good the fuel economy of our Max's are...hehe
