Wut exhaust setup to go with??

Im planning on buying some sort of exhaust system. I was thinking about buying a warpspeed Y pipe and then just replacing the muffler for a bit of sound. That way I get the gains from the Y and save a lil money and not goin with an expensive exhaust system. Anyone have any recommendations as far as mufflers go? which ones are kind of loud but not that nasty ricy sound "bees in the can" noise...def dont want that.

Any input would be helpful and yes I have listened to the sound clips but I wanna hear from other ppl and get some better opinions.

I'm sorry, I can't resist.
the word is WHAT, not wut. Whenever I see this word in the title of a thread, it drives me crazy. Do you spell it WUT, because you think that it looks cool? Or do you spell it that way b/c you truly feel that this is the proper spelling of the word?

but lil and ppl are just an easier way to say little and people... there is nothing wrong with that... its not like i actually say ppl when im talking. But this wut, its not short for what, its a totally different word. So I can see why these guys are getting pissed off. Im sure the guy just used it cause it saved him from typing 1 extra letter in the word what.

Anyway, I have a budget y, and a greddy sp2 cat-back, and I love it. Not loud at all, bearly can hear it inside, just a nice smooth deep tone at cruise. My intake overrides the exhaust tone at WOT so I cant say how that sounds.

is it just me or do people on the org spend way too much time getting upset over stupid **** which has nothing to do with the thread they are posting in? i seriously think a lot of orgers just like to have their post count go up or are looking to start an argument... you guys might get pissed off whensome spells a word wrong, but i hate when people post in a thread only so they can say something like "chill out dude". talk about a waste of 3 seconds of my life

getting back on topic, i also have been wondering the same thing as wadester, i installed a new y-pipe for some power gains, but i'm not looking to drop another $400 or more to get the full cat back exhaust. therefore i am curious as to what would be a good muffler for giving your car that deep powerful sound, not that whiney dirtbike sound.

I just purchased a Warpspeed Y pipe, now for the rest of the exhaust how should I go about doing it? I was thinking the cheaper way but I might just end up getting the full catback...any recommendations? My friend has the SP2 and said its not bad, any other options or is that about the best one??

i've heard the apexi ws muffler is pretty quiet....they have some universal ones on ebay for like 185 shipped....I think that's the route I'm going cause a full exhaust isn't going to give you any real gains anyways, pretty much just need the look of a nice tip and a nice faint growl

It doesn't apply in this thread, but in general people can understand a problem or situation better or much faster when it is expressed correctly.

I have a WSP Y, stock-b, WSP clone Q muffler (quiet).

This summer I will be doing a 2.5in b-pipe, not sure from where at this point.

As far as full systems I say GReddy and Cattman.
